Dehydrated Sludge Spreaders

Con-V-Air has worked closely with water treatment facilities to determine the needs and concerns of the industry. One such concern is the safe filling of sludge bins. Typically operators are required to rake the sludge in the bins to maximize the utilizable space.

Over the years Con-V-Air has perfected a lifting technology which allows for sludge spreaders to be safely lowered into the bin and evenly spread the sludge.

Additionally the same system can be used to completely empty the bins once the sludge is ready for disposal

Optional vacuum hoods are available to capture any odours and send these to odour treatment systems.
