Potable Water Fluoridation

Con-V-Air´s Water Fluoridation Systems (WFS) are designed to deliver precise Fluorosilicate quantities while maintaining the highest safety standards by isolating each fluoridation process step.

Chemicals, delivered in bulk or in bags, are emptied into a negatively pressurized dumping station designed to minimize operator contact with the fluorosilicate

A gravimetric screw feeder, located below the dump station, feeds the required fluorosilicate into a mixing reservoir allowing for accurate and complete solution mixing.

Once the mixing complete and the fluoride volume validated the prepared solution is sent to the distribution reservoir where dosing pumps continuously inject the prepared solution into the untreated water.
